Dear First Graders,

Welcome to Robertsville!  My name is Mrs. Goldner, and I will be your first grade teacher.  I enjoy reading a good book, exercising, and spending time with my family and friends. 

I hope you had a great summer and are excited to start first grade.  We are going to have a terrific year together.  You will learn so many things and make new friends. 

At school, you will have your very own desk with your name on it.  This is where you can keep the supplies I listed.  You can bring the supplies with you on the first day. 

You will be receiving a name tag with your name, my name, and our room number on it, in the mail.  Please wear this to school on the first day.  This will help you to remember where to go when you get off the bus.  There will be teachers that will take you off of the bus and make sure you get to the right room. 

I can’t wait to meet you and learn all about you.  I will see you on September 6^th!
