Welcome!
Welcome to third grade! I am so excited to be your teacher this year. We will focus on reading, writing, math and social studies/science. I believe in incorporating mindfulness and kindness into our classroom. My favorite classroom moments are when we are all having fun!
I spent my summer reading, going to the beach, and spending time with friends and family! I took a trip to Italy this summer and I can't wait to hear about your summer vacations!
Please send your child to school with:
- 2 - Two pocket folders (bottom pockets if possible please)
- 5 hardcover composition notebooks
- a medium sized pencil case
- a pair of scissors
- 8 glue sticks
- 2 post it note pads
- pens - 2 red
- pencils - 24 sharpened
- tape
- crayons
- one yellow highlighter
- 2 boxes of tissues
- 1 package baby wipes
- 1 roll of paper towels
- headphones/earbuds
- clipboard
- dry erase marker
***Please label EVERYTHING with your child’s name. Thank you!
If you purchased the tissues, wipes, and paper towels from the supply list, please send those as well. :)
In addition, please send your child to school with a water bottle from home each day!
In school we use google classroom. This is a tool that allows me to create assignments for the class and add links to websites and games. This can be accessed at home.
