I can't believe this is our last week together! We made it! I will never forget this class as we learned remotely together. I can't wait to read about some of your favorite memories of third grade in room 25!

Math: I made a list of many math games that you can play to practice the skills that you have learned in third grade. Good morning, students! Soon you will be fourth graders! I can't wait until the summer is finally here! I am looking forward to going to the beach (safely, of course), BBQ's in my backyard, and swimming in the pool. What are you looking forward to?

Remember, we have a zoom at 11 today!

Math: You are going to continue working on your math EOY test. If you have finished it and submitted it you can work on ST Math or your IXL learning path for 30 minutes.

ELA: Watch the Ready Jet Go! video on the solar system. This will just add to your schema for the slideshow. Continue working on the Compare/Contrast Slideshow that you started yesterday. If you turned it in by accident yesterday, just return it back to yourself and continue working on it. You need to go to yesterday's directions to access your slideshow. You still have until tomorrow to finish the slideshow. Enjoy watching the video! I really liked it!

Science: Please begin watching your classmates present their Animal Habitat Projects on Flipgrid. Please watch at least 5 per day. You should be finished watching them by Monday, June 15th. Have fun!

The user ID is Robertsville and the password is learn. Take the quiz at the end of the video to test your understanding. Next, please review the perimeter anchor chart. Remember, to find the perimeter of an object, you must add up all the sides of the shape to find it. Don't forget to label your answer with the unit of measurement. (inches, feet, etc.) Finally, complete the perimeter task cards slideshow. Don't forget to turn it in when you are finished. Good luck!

Science: Watch the Brain Pop video on Heredity. Good Morning! **PLEASE read all of the directions before you email me any questions. This ELA work is NOT due until Thursday night. You may work on this slideshow a little bit at a time for the next three days. **

Math: Remember, THE EOY IS DUE FRIDAY. IT MUST BE COMPLETED. Complete topic 15-1 Describe Quadrilaterals. Watch the videos and complete the practice buddy and quick check. Don't forget to turn in your work when you are finished!

ELA: Watch the Solar System videos that I posted to give you some schema about Mars and Venus. When you are done, work on the slideshow. You must make your own copy and send it to me when you are done. You ARE NOT to finish it all in one day. Work on it a little bit each day. I will post additional videos for you to watch each day to increase your schema. Make sure you don't turn it in until you are finished, or else you won't be able to add to work on it each day. You will have to return it to yourself to continue working on it. In addition, I made each of you a copy of the slideshow so you can type on it. Please make sure you are logged into google as yourself so that you can access the slideshow and work on the document. Please DO NOT email me for editing access. You already have it. Log out and log back in as yourself to work on it.

Science: Please record your Animal Habitat Presentation today to flipgrid. Be as creative as you want in your presentation. You may wear a costume, have an accent, or pretend you are the animal living in the habitat and describe it. These are just some things that you can do. Have fun with it! I can't wait to see what you have learned and what you have created. Remember, all of your classmates will be viewing your videos, so do your best and have fun!
Good Morning, my friends! I will see you on zoom at 10 AM TODAY. Please log in and be ready with scrap paper and a pencil. We are going to be logging into Link It together during zoom. Make sure you are on a computer and not just an Ipad or phone.

ELA: Watch the three YouTube videos on Hawaii that I've posted here. Please remember to turn in your work on google classroom.

Math: Today, in zoom, I am going to help you log into Link It, and go over all the directions for the Math End Of Year assessment. This is not a grade for your report card. Don't worry! This is just to see all of the wonderful math skills you learned in third grade!

Science: Prepare a short presentation about the animal habitat you created. What animal is going to live and thrive there? What did you put in it to make sure the animal has enough food, water and shelter? Why will your animal like to live there?Think about how you are going to present it. Are you going to wear a costume? Are you going to pretend to be the animal that lives there? Be creative and have fun with it. I will be posting the flipgrid link tomorrow so that you can record yourself.
If you do not have your book, please continue to learn any new letter you would like.

Math: Please log on to Study Island and complete the assignment "Bar Graphs," which will be about interpreting bar graphs. You may play in game mode if you choose to. Next, think about what the animal needs to stay safe in its home. Use materials you have around your house to build a habitat for your animal to live in. Create a new home from materials you have around your house. Possible materials to use are legos, wooden blocks, construction paper, shoe boxes, pipe cleaners, popsicle sticks, etc. Think about what your animal will need to survive. Make sure your animal can stay safe in his new home. This project will be due on Monday. Work on it a little bit at a time.
